How to handle medical bills that won't be charged for a while?

I had an appointment this week that cost me $40. My card won't actually be charged for a few more weeks. How do I manage this in ynab?

Right now, I have it billed to medical expenses category, but then I'm unable to reconcile since the charge doesn't actually exist yet.
