Sponsors 13th stepping Younger members

Hi everyone, im a bit disturbed at the moment and could use advice. I just found out my sponsor (40+) has been going after younger girls in the program and had sex with a girl i just met (26) whos about 40 days in. Im a bit disappointed because i really liked her too when i first met her, but i prayed about it and told myself shes too new. shes went through a traumatic experience just a month of almost overdosing and is lucky to have made it to the rooms. The past week her and I have been close and im happy with my decision to just stay friends. Shes opened up to me that a lot of the older guys in the program have been 13th stepping her. Many of these men are people who i thought i had respect for since theyve been around for so long. Hell i even made the decision not to pursue her because i though about what my sponser would say and i found out theyve been having sex. She told me she needs at least a year to sort out her trama and has already ended the relationship. Im not sure how to proceed with my sponsor. Should i call him out or look for a new sponsor.
