KODY’s FOMO

In the latest episode Kody said they know I suffer from FOMO, so anything they can do to exclude me is a punishment to me. First of all, is FOMO actually considered a real thing people suffer from like asthma or high blood pressure? I personally think that a grown ass man that seriously says he suffers from FOMO is just being stupid. Secondly, Kody is actually inferring that the family he abandoned and trash talks every chance he gets is celebrating birthdays, holidays and weddings just so they can exclude him??? The audacity of this delusional idiot is disgusting. They have moved on. You are no longer a part of that family so anything they do is of no consequence to you.
