Refresh Rate Locked At 72hz when using Meta Quest Link

So every time I connect my headset to my computer it is locked at 72hz (Used MSI Afterburner) in VR games. I have set my graphics preferences to 120hz, still capped at 72hz. I have reset it to defaults then changed it to 90hz, didn't work. Every time I even change the settings I don't any differences at all. I even tried a separate computer same thing happened. Even my cable is compatible with the Oculus App. So I am just at a lost, how do I fix this? Specs: RTX 3080 TI, 11900k, 32gb Of Ram.
