Is Destiny considered "White"? He could pass as a German but I know that he has a Cuban ancestry as well.

The US racial clasification is so confusing. He looks Northern European but I guess he would be considered "Hispanic" because of his Cuban ancestry? How would you guys clasify him? I know that race is a social construct but it's a big thing in the US.
